This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Fresh Feels Co Pty Ltd. By purchasing from our online store, you agree to the terms set out below. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Christmas Delivery Cut-Off Times
We want your Fresh Feels order to arrive in time for Christmas! While we can't guarantee delivery dates, we strongly recommend ordering as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
We'll continue dispatching all orders within 24 hours from our Gold Coast, Queensland facility. Delivery times will depend on your location and our carrier partners' schedules.

Orders placed closer to Christmas may not arrive before December 25th. Take advantage of our current offers and get your order in early to ensure it arrives on time!
Shipping Regions
We currently ship orders to customers located in Australia only.
Free Standard Shipping
We offer free standard shipping for all orders that reach a minimum spend threshold of $60.00.
- This offer is only available for orders delivered within Australia.
- Orders below the order threshold will be charged a flat fee of $9.99.
Shipping Methods and Rates
We offer standard shipping only.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on the order amount.
- All orders are issued with tracking numbers regardless of the carrier chosen.
Order Processing Times
We aim to pack all orders within 4 business hours of purchase.
- During peak sales periods or holidays, dispatch times may be longer.
- You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are dependent on the shipping destination.
- Typically most orders will arrive between 2-5 business days.
- Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, the timing of final delivery is outside our direct control.
- If you experience delays, please use your tracking number as the first point of reference and contact our customer service team if further assistance is required.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable time:

- We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
- Remedies for lost or damaged parcels will be assessed in accordance with the outcome of the investigation and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Address Accuracy
It is important that you provide complete and accurate shipping details when placing your order.
- We provide the ability to amend shipping details for a short period of time after an order has been placed.
- We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
