1. Overview

These Promotion Terms and Conditions (“Promotion Terms”) govern all offers, discounts, and incentives promoted by Fresh Feels Co Pty Ltd (“Fresh Feels”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By participating in any promotion, you agree to these Promotion Terms, our general Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy.

Unless otherwise specified, promotions are available only within Australia, in Australian Dollars (AUD), and are subject to availability.

Fresh Feels reserves the right to vary, withdraw, or amend any promotion at its discretion, provided that this does not affect customers who have already completed qualifying purchases during the promotion period.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Promotions are open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over (or those who have parental or guardian consent).

2.2 Promotions apply only to orders placed through the official Fresh Feels website at https://www.freshfeels.com.au.

2.3 Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with other discount codes or offers unless expressly stated.

3. General Promotional Rules

3.1 Discounts apply only to eligible products as described in each promotional listing.

3.2 All promotions are applied to the merchandise subtotal before shipping and after taxes where applicable.

3.3 Free gifts, samples, or add-on items are available only while stocks last and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or credit.

3.4 Orders placed before or after the specified promotional period are not eligible for retroactive discounts.

3.5 If an item purchased under a promotion is returned, the refund will be processed in accordance with the value paid after discounts were applied. If a return disqualifies an order from meeting promotion eligibility (for example, falling below a minimum spend or item threshold), the value of any free item received will be deducted from the refund.

3.6 Promotions are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash, gift cards, or store credit.

4. Active Promotions

4.1 “Black Friday UnSale Sale” (Active)

Promotion Period:

  • Starts: 14 November 2025, 12:01am AEST
  • Ends: 2 December 2025, 11:59pm AEST

Promotion Summary:

Customers can save up to 40% off sitewide when purchasing multiple items in a single order.

Discounts are automatically applied at checkout as follows:

Items in Cart Discount Applied

2 or more items 20% off total order
4 or more items 30% off total order
6 or more items 40% off total order

Additional Offer – Free Gift:

Customers who spend $80 AUD or more (after discounts have been applied) during the promotion period are eligible to select one free gift from two available options.

  • The free gift must be selected and added to the cart at checkout to apply.
  • Only one free gift may be redeemed per order.
  • Free gifts are available while stocks last and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or credit.

Other Conditions:

  • The offer applies automatically to eligible items and cannot be combined with any other discount code or offer.
  • The promotion is valid for domestic Australian orders only.
  • Fresh Feels reserves the right to extend, modify, or end the promotion early where reasonably necessary (e.g., stock limitations or technical errors).

4.2 “Always On – Free Shipping” (Ongoing Offer)

Promotion Type: Permanent / Always On

Offer: Free standard shipping on all orders with a merchandise subtotal of $60 AUD or more after discounts and before shipping.

Conditions:

  • Applies to Australian delivery addresses only.
  • Excludes express or expedited services.
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
  • Subject to change with reasonable notice on our website.

5. Past Promotions (Archived)

Fresh Feels retains details of previous promotions for six months after expiry for transparency and verification purposes. During this period, these terms remain accessible for customers who participated in the offer.

After six months, promotions will be removed from this public page but retained internally for record-keeping and compliance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Except for any liability that cannot be excluded under the ACL or other applicable law, Fresh Feels is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of participating in, or the inability to participate in, any promotion.

6.2 Fresh Feels is not responsible for technical malfunctions, website outages, or errors in the application of discounts caused by external systems.

7. Disqualification and Fraud

We reserve the right to cancel any promotion or disqualify participants who attempt to manipulate or misuse our promotions, including through bulk purchasing, false accounts, or automated means.

8. Governing Law

These Promotion Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with promotions shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Queensland courts.
