Returns and Refunds Policy

At Fresh Feels Co Pty Ltd we want you to love your products. This policy outlines your rights and our obligations with respect to returns, refunds and exchanges. It should be read together with our Terms of Service. Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law Guarantees

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of receipt of your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unopened and in its original packaging.
  • The item is in the same condition you received it, with all accessories or inserts included.
  • Proof of purchase is provided.

Opened or used products cannot be returned for change of mind due to hygiene and safety reasons. This applies to all consumable products including laundry detergent sheets, fragrance boosters, multipurpose cleaning sheets, toilet cleaning sheets, dishwashing sheets, travel hand wash sheets and similar items.

Accessories such as the Multipurpose Spray Bottle, Everyday Storage Tin and Refresh Swedish Cleaning Cloths may be eligible for change of mind returns provided they meet the above conditions and have not been used.

Shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at support@freshfeels.com.au if:

  • Your item is faulty or defective.
  • Your item is damaged in transit.
  • You have received the wrong item.

We will assess the issue and, where applicable, provide a remedy in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the situation this may include a replacement, repair or refund at no additional cost to you.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products that have been opened or used (unless faulty under the Australian Consumer Law).
  • Sale items or promotional gift-with-purchase items unless faulty.
  • Gift cards.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the unwanted item in accordance with this policy and place a new order for the replacement product.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your financial institution to process and post the refund.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact us at support@freshfeels.com.au with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
