At Fresh Feels, we stand behind what we make. This policy covers your rights and our guarantees.

Our Guarantee

New Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

If this is your first Fresh Feels order and you are not satisfied with the performance of a product, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will provide a full refund on that one product at the price you paid. This applies to one product per order and is available to new customers only. You do not need to return the product to claim this guarantee.

To claim the guarantee, email support@freshfeels.com.au with your order number and the product you are not satisfied with.

Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible, the item must be returned in the same condition as it was when it left our warehouse:

  • Unused and unopened
  • In its original packaging
  • All accessories included
  • Proof of purchase provided

Opened or used products cannot be returned for change of mind due to hygiene and safety reasons. This applies to all consumable products including laundry sheets, dishwasher sheets, multipurpose sheets, toilet sheets, floor sheets, fragrance boosters, and hand wash sheets.

Non-consumable accessories such as spray bottles and storage tins may qualify for a change of mind return if unused and unaltered.

Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or is not what you ordered, contact us immediately at support@freshfeels.com.au. We will assess the issue and provide a remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law, which may include replacement, repair or refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products (unless faulty or covered by the guarantee above)
  • Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotion, unless faulty
  • Gift cards

How to Start a Return or Guarantee Claim

Email support@freshfeels.com.au with your order number and a description of the issue. We require authorisation before any return is shipped. Packages returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, or approve a guarantee claim, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your financial institution but is typically 3 to 5 business days.
